You know I'm in the iron man challenge don't ya??? Only 15 more miles to go...hey hey, I went to help clean up the high school band room today since school is out and they were throwing away all kindsa stuff, like a bunch of cases and stands, 2 snare drums and a bass drum...I loaded up the car....

Morning Team.
Great score on the drums Bird. Upcycling. Love it.
Rags I love the pink in your hair. I'm tempted actually.
Hope you had a lovely night out Happs. Spending money on a lovely up-do and beautiful food is infinitely better than getting sloppy on the piss, making a dick of yourself and barely remembering a thing.
Last night on a late night shopping expedition I realised that I don't even register the bottle-O any more. It's just another shop selling something that I don't want, like sporting equipment for example:H
It does happen though.
Eventually alcohol is just not part of your lifestyle any more.
I'm still convinced that this varies directly with how pro-actively one sets up a new life (in which alcohol has no part.)
If you get what I mean.
Anyway I'm buggering off to the garden when it dries out.If your 8 year old self met you, would they be proud?

Morning Bird, Jonesy and y'all,
Pure gold there Bird. I love it when I can rescue an old musical instrument (such as meself hehe). I found a toy piano in the hard rubbish on the side of the road once. It's a ripper. And a stray rack tom, a Pearl, in great nick. Not to mention the array of guitar's in all sorts of disrepair over the years which I fixed and kept, or passed on. Beeewdiful.
You are spot on Bridget re being pro-active in putting a new loife style together when we turf the turps. I see that this is essential. Growth is good. Just get out the door and put one foot in front of the other.
Have a bonza day Team Roo.

morning peeps
I was in a bottle shope last night Bridge, and I was just interested at looking at the marketing - lots of interesting freebie, but the best was a flat screen tv in the lid of an esky!!:H I was very impressed!
Happy - did the locust chose psychology believing he'd have an abundance of material to refer toHope the night out went well.
Lots of good UK travel shows on at the mo, MrG (great British walks, drives, buildings, etc!! Makes me homesick for some reason though!) Did watch a bit of the Chelsea flower show. Loved the new Szechuan silk poppy and the blue Himalayan one (though not new) and the Japanese garden - would love one of them - got 3 of my 7 maple trees doing well! Next step is going to try and make a Suikinkutsu (water harp). Bit ambitious!
Well, off to look at tiles today. Hold me back...:H

Look, as many reader's of this thread will know, i'm a huge fan of yer Szechuan silk poppy, and can't get enough of yer bleu Himalayan. It's just when blokes start imitating them that I've got a problem. I'd stand under a water fixture and play harp for you Blondie!
Have a bewdy. Ooroo.

Hello, I'm Blondie and I'm a Bunningsaholic :H I am within walking distance of a Bunnings now MrG (of course that's no use as real Bunnings people take their utes - not that I have one!)
And what's the appeal of these poppies, MrG
