Hi there folks.
Tea trolley is such a splendiferous addition to our little Undie world. Just throb it! Today, may I please have, Melbourne breakfast loose leaf tea in a mesh tong infuser, with a drop of lactose free skim milk. I'd also like, if I may, two almond sliver wafers please? Thank you!
Happs, hope you don't have a temp surge seeing as you're wrapped in plackie.
Lots happening. Love to all.
Be gentle, patient and thoughtful. It may help......It is not what we do, but how much love we put into the doing.

I is here! I called POETS on Tuesday!
How did you go today Happs?
I spent today doing up project plans for my two deadlines in January. I figure that as long as I work 12 hours a day on each I should make them both, no problem. There's two ways of looking at the holes in your shoes

Hello Glassy,
Tawny as tea lady must have encyclopaedic knowledge of biscuits ant tea time treats.
She may also just recall that great ad of the 60's with the 2 cartoon kids talking about elephants in the fridge and sc feh beh.
I tried to see if it was on youtube, but alas not.
Lovely... I was woken this morning by a lyrebird about 50 metres away in the bush going through
his repetoire. Some of his calls I caught were:
Kookaburra, currawong, whip birds, parrots, bower bird and really strange, a rifle bird. Now, how would an Illawarra
lyre bird hear that?
He had about 10 bird calls in his song.

I have. I attribute how I am now to it....
Edit: should qualify that by saying research doesn't show stress as a contributing factor to cancer. But 90% of people diagnosed will tell you they feel it is. For me being on call 18 hours a day 7 days a week put me a tad on edge.Last edited by myhappyplace; November 14, 2014, 02:00 AM.

Happy Friday my fav peeps!!!
Squishes (soft ones) to you beautiful Happs.
It's gonna be a scorcher here today. I've already taken my boy for a walk v.early this morning. He loves me..... Talking about love. Very recently, a dear and adored friend of mine left this life. To cut a looooonnnnGG story short he had accumulated lots of dogs. He was a dog trainer but was soft when it came to dogs in need and when he went he left he had 13 (that I know of) dogs all farmed out a different locals. Soooo, because I was his closest, I got the job of sorting out his after life bits and pieces. (Actually I'm still wrestling with some of it - it's a complicated process if you don't die of natural badness.) Finding his dogs and rehoming them was important to me, particularly for one little boy, a staffie called Duke. Well, I found him this week. He ended up in a local pound who knew my friend and remembered Duke. I was contacted and yesterday beautiful little Duke came to live with me forever. He always loved me when I came to visit and would lean on my legs if I stood still long enough. I'm soooo relieved. It cost me enough money to feed a small village but I guess the pound must attract funds by any means they can. My friend will be glad his little boy is safe and sound. My heart is glad......
I'm going to be warm and inviting in the work place today. Yesterday I had to read the riot act and it ways heavily on my mind after I do it. Mostly, my staff are awesome. It's just the slack ones who bring stuff undone.
I have worked, and continue to work many 12 hour days. This week I did 2 x 16 hour days. It isn't that much fun...... I wonder how many hours per day the Westpac Woman worked? I want her pearls......or Bronwyn Bishop's jewels.
I'll be ringing the bell early today. Bridge pay attention or you'll be slaving away in the heat. NO smoking today behind the sheds!!
I reckon the tea trolley will be early today because of the heat. I'm kinda hoping for a fresh bread ham samich......
Have a peaceful day everyone! It is not what we do, but how much love we put into the doing.
