I'll disregard the wine statement, seeing that my memories of a good bottle of red are still fresh...

But do you mean you can actually chop with a proper chef's knife??? I WISH I could do that... :upset:

Jeez Tippers, I hope my lady never reads these threads....

The book I am referring to is not a book club item but rather a good find at EB. Called "Moon Shot" and deals with the whole story around Apollo 11.

The book club I belong to has a couple of guys in it and is genuinely a book club, not just an excuse to eat good food and (for the others) to quaff vast amounts of wine.......we really spend a lot of time discussing the books, our likes, dislikes and own interpretations of the stories...really good fun as I am a confirmed bookaholic!

I'm a VERY clumsy leftie... I love cooking (Mrs. T cannot and will not), but I just can't handle a chef's knife properly. I use a smaller Victorinox to do my prep.
