For those already horizontal, I hope good REM sleep is happening, if not I hope there is some sex going on in its place. (I, too, was blushing at the read up.)

Hey Undies. Well no sex today...YET. I'm in Flagstaff staying overnight. A bit exhausted. We hiked in Jerome which is an old mining town turned hippie artsy town now. I love it. The hike was long, steep, long, long, and the reason I'm not headed back toward the valley. Cooler teps made for a great day. Some pics to follow.
