Jude, I am so sad about your SIL's prognosis. How cruel after all she has endured. My dear friend who I lost two years ago to cancer followed a similar course. Her cancer was just too aggressive and took her in the end.

I am grateful for this little group. I don't know where I would be without you.

24 more for all of us please and thank you.
    Dill

Dont forget, you can: start late, start over, be unsure, try and fail AND STILL SUCCEED!

If it is important to you, you will find a way. If not, you will find an excuse.

Is that the friend that you used to drive to chemo, Dill? Is she the one who died?

I went out to my niece’s soccer game yesterday late afternoon, with others. It was such a beautiful day to be outside too! Finally nice weather! Winter felt too long this year.
My condition (the withdrawal of B6 from the nerves) causes feelings of terror, and it helps so much to be with other people.

Glad that you have a supportive husband, Rava.

I am grateful for all of you too.

Jude, I'm a big supporter of hospice care. Your sil is in good hands. I pray she makes a peaceful transition soon. She's suffered enough.

Slo, all my kids live near me, including grands and greats. I'm blessed but exhausted. Lol Seriously though, it's the best! I'm glad you got some Huxley time yesterday!

        Rava, when is go time?

Hi Dill and ABC! I'll take another day

Today is going to be a darn good day not to drink!
Quitting and staying quit isn't easy, its learning a whole new way of thinking. It's accepting a new way of life, and not just accepting it, embracing it...
Worry about tomorrow, tomorrow. Just get through today. Tomorrow will look after itself when it becomes today, because today is all we have to think about.
Friendship is not about how many friends you have or who you've known the longest. It's about who walked into your life, said "I'm here for you", and proved it.
