I just got home from D1’s, and enjoyed time with her and the three young grandchildren -and, bonus: I got all that time with D4/Young Daughter too!!

D1 and her HB shared news too: D1 is pregnant! And true to form, she is still nursing the third one. She has been continuously either pregnant or breastfeeding or both since 2019!

D2’s surrogate is also pregnant too!! So, possibly two new grandchildren on the way! But, very early days for both: they are both only about 5 weeks along.

Poor Cowboy! You will have to eat soft foods too I suppose. It makes sense to do it the way you did it.

I liked learning about modern day farming.

Of course the step monster didn’t set up Hospice, Rava. I hope he goes soon, and quickly & peacefully too.

      Good morning all!

Wow cowboy, that's a lot of teeth to be pulled! Hopefully you're not in too much pain today.

Slo, congrats on your daughters pregnancy. How many grandchildren do you have?

Well, I've been in contact with admin and they are working on why I keep losing half my posts so we shall see what happens.

I'm in for another 24 hours of freedom...

Let's hope they come up with a solution for you Jude. I didn't have much pain at all, just a bit of soreness and that's mostly gone this morning as well.

I don't think you ever slow down Ginger, I'll bet you're even planning activities while you sleep lol.

Glad they got rid of the ants Rava, and I hope your dad passes just the way he wants even if you can't be with him.

That's fantastic news about more g-kids Slo, you'll be seeing even more of your daughters in the future. And yes, pretty much a diet of soup or mashed potatoes for me, but the consolation is lots of ice cream as well lol.

How's the reunion plans coming dill, July is not that far away.

ABC, you know me too well! I'm glad you're not too uncomfortable with the extractions! I hope the dentures fit like a glove.

Slo, congratulations on the new additions to your family.

Jude, I hope admin finds the cause of your truncated posts and is able to fix it!!

I was able to rent the beach house for 2 weeks in August during the kite festival. It's six bedrooms so all family is invited to come and go as they like. It's kind of a family reunion, Dill, but nothing organized like yours!

Rava, i hope those ants are in the rear view mirror!

I'll happily take another day of freedom

Renting the beach house for two weeks during the kite festival sounds so fun for you & your family, Ginger!

I have potentially two more grandchildren coming on top of the six that are already here, but I have made such a mess of my life and my body that I’m not of much use or service to them, unfortunately. I hope I can heal. My left foot has been giving me a lot of pain so that I can hardly walk. And this despite getting laser treatments and chiropractic manipulation to the calcanius / heel bone that is apparently misaligned. I hope it’s not making things worse…
…and I wish the new orthotics would get here! I’m pinning my hopes on those. I hate being lame. It’s scary not being able to do much of anything.

I had D4 with me yesterday, and my sister here too yesterday evening as well, and both overnight! I loved it. My house felt like a home with people staying! Now Young Daughter has left to go on a road trip to visit her sister.

I love seeing deer and the little fawns too.

My alcoholic little brother didn’t attend his twin sons’ high school graduation (unless he lurked at the fence), and wasn’t there at the end to congratulate them and get a picture taken with them.
Well, he hates his in-laws, so he won’t get near them; and they were there. Plus his mother was there; our Mommy Dearest who narcissistically abused and rejected him (covertly, as they do, so no one knows).
So he is paranoid now, and massively drinks to drown the pain (and the pain of his beloved wife’s death).
My sister saw him that day, and noted that he is turning yellow. I thought he might make it into his early 60s at the rate he is going, but maybe he won’t make it through his early 50s. He’s 50 now.

              So let’s keep keeping on!

Quick check in here today. I was working the info desk at the hospital all morning and I'm feeling kind of tired. Things are still not up and running so my job is to turn people away. It's wearing. At least we are now able to offer simple x-rays and lab work but only to patients whose doctors are in network. Very limited. Phone system is up and running....sort of. The recovery from this attack is painfully slow. They are losing millions of dollars and I don't know if they are going to recover from this or not.

24 more for all of us here, please and thank you.

Late check in today. Ginger, so glad you got the beach house for the kite festival. That should be a great time. Slo, congrats on 2 more grands coming. Boy your daughter still breastfeeding the 3rd and pregnant again. WOW she is gonna be busy. Cowboy your tooth saga continues. Hopefully it will all be over soon. My dad has been placed on a full code status now to include chest compressions if needed and step mother has requested no visitors. That woman will not be in my life at all after all this is over. It’s unbelievable how crazy she is. My only hope is that the hospital with shut this nonsense down. 24 more please and thank you.

2 weeks in a beach house during a kite festival?? Sounds like a great time to me Ginger!

I'm sure your daughters appreciate all the help that you give them Slo, and so sad about your brother.

I'm not sure what your stepmom is trying to accomplish regarding your dad Rava, what does the rest of the family think?

Sure sounds like a long process to recover all that data at the hospital dill, the closure might come sooner rather than later.

I'll join you as well Jude!

And for me, not much new but definitely...not today...

I will join you too, Jude.

Cowboy, the planning for the reunion is coming along just fine. I have decided to order a variety of trays and platters from the local Kroger and keep the food prep to a minimum.

Ginger that kite festival sounds like a really fun event. What a great idea to rent a house.

Slo, so exciting about the coming babies! Wonderful!

Rava, I cannot believe your step mom requested that. That's cruel.

24 more, please and thank you.

Rava, chest compression on a man that age? Is that woman crazy. Good God that's cruel. I'm so very sorry.

ABC, I'm glad the extractions havent made you miserable but something tells me, you're tough as nails!

Dill, sucks about what your local hospital is going through. Hopefully, they can get through it.

                              Hey, Jude! Hey, Mul!

Such a nice Summer day! A neighbor taught me how to play cribbage today, and I appreciated the time with her. It is a nice distraction from the body-wide nerve pain that I endure and the very bad foot pain that has me hobbled.
My sister needed me to pick something up from her, so I was able to have dinner with her, and we sat in the park for awhile in the sun.

Dill, your hospital was already under threat of closure before all these problems from being hacked. So sad and frustrating.
Food trays for the family reunion is the way to go!

Rava, that is cruel to do CPR on a dying elderly man. Ribs will be broken. What a delusional fool that stepmother is!

Well, I can’t count those g-babies yet until they get closer to being hatched.

I joined you all in another day of freedom today.
