Glad you made it safe and sound to your tiny house Rava, now to get settled in and start the northern routine lol.

No problem dill, y'all can use anything I post, here or on WQD.

Too bad about the new cleaners Slo, but sounds like you've got someone that you know will do a good job.

I'll bet you're loving being able to look after the gkids Ginger, and I bet they love having their Grandma around as well!

Got to spend another day at home yesterday. Corey texted in the morning and said it was too wet to get going. He thought he might give it a try later yesterday afternoon but didn't think there was any rush for me to get out there as him and Corny would be able to handle it. Not sure about today as I haven't heard anything yet, and it's supposed to rain again overnight tonight and tomorrow.

ABC, does it make you happy or kinda sad that you're out of the fields for the time being? I know you like to keep busy!

Slo, that's a shame about the cupboard and blind. What the hell were the using to clean with?

Dill and ABC, that's an excellent quote! I'm sending it to a dear friend that needs it.

Rava, welcome home! Any plans once you're settled?

Jude, how's Mr J and how'd the lawn mower repair go? Hopefully, well!

It was a full day! I didn't get home until almost 6p. The kids got all their errands accomplished and they only had to deal with new baby Ben. My two greats were precious as always. I think the chiropractic work may be helping! Getting up and down was much easier with less pain. Just have to figure this knee out. Fingers crossed!

Grateful heart and looking forward to another day of freedom!

Rava, glad that you made it safely to your tiny house. It sounds as though you're settling in nicely.

Mr. J was able to fix the mower and get the lawn done. Yay, no more hay field!

Slo, don't beat yourself about past mistakes, just work on what you can do to make the present better.

24 more for all of us please...

So many mistakes…it’s hard not to beat myself up. Ruined my marriage, ruined my knee replacement, and have just majorly ruined my health! And there’s the alcoholism too

But I really like that quote that Cowboy found, Dill. Thank you for that. It is going to be copied out where I can see it every day.
I am reminded of the days when we shared quotes here! I had forgotten about that.

Just love the idea of a tiny home, Rava!
Glad the chiropractic is helping, Ginger. You are a big help to Granddaughter and her family. It does take a village!

I went out to a niece’s soccer game last night; I can be around people, enjoy the weather, and it’s something that I can do (sitting). She & the team played great! (high school varsity)

Time to go pick up Huxley from daycare.

i worked for 15 years in the film industry (well sort of, more on the retail side of it- ie film equipment sales), but am still taking a break, trying to work on my health (which unfortunately is taking far longer than I every could have imagined), But hey, at least I'm not still drinking and making it that much worse.

            Mul, isn’t the sun wonderful?!
It sure is! Especially at this time of year, where you can still enjoy it (before it gets too hot and becomes the enemy, haha).

Good morning cafe. Sounds like kids sports is the theme here. I am going to my grandsons soccer game saturday and Mr. R is traveling further north to see his grandsons play. All the kids are playing their last games so we have to split and go in different directions. That is one of the downfalls of blended families. But we make it work. We usually do stuff together when we can. Today I am going to my very first Zumba class here. I go to them 3 days a week in Florida so this will be a first with all new people. I have a good friend that passed away unexpectedly which really puts how fragile life can be. I hope everyone has a good and sober day. Alcohol is harder to get here which is good for me. No special trips planned to a liquor store. Hope everyone has a great and sober day.

Sounds like soccer is the sport for many kids nowadays, we didn't have it when I was growing up, just baseball and football in the summer.

Sorry to hear about your friend's passing Rava.

I'll bet the yard is looking good now that the mower is back up and running Jude.

We needed the rain and a break Ginger, you can tell we've been going at it too hard for too long when even little repairs get under your skin lol. A couple of days break is fine, but it's time for another long stretch of being in the field.

We got back into the field yesterday right around noon and I managed to get 6 hours in before getting rained out again. But got another field done and the outside rounds done on the field next to it. So I came back to Veg and will wait till Corey lets me know when we go again.

Have a great day everyone, waves to the rest of the gang not mentioned...

Yay Mr J! I bet you guys both cheered when it fired up, Jude.

Mul, thanks for sharing your work experience. Sounds interesting. Hopefully, you can get back to it once your health is sorted.

Rava, sorry for the loss of your friend. We just never know.

                      Hi, Slow and Dill!

May we all have an easy day!

Sorry you have just lost a friend, Rava -it’s always such a shock when someone gets taken out so suddenly.
At least you don’t have to learn how to Zumba at the new class, since you’re well familiar with it if you do three days a week in Florida!

Kid’s sports really dominate now, with soccer being the top one.

Well, you’re getting plenty of time at home, Cowboy!

Taking a morning bath is so difficult with the hypovolemia, as it makes me so sick, weak, lightheaded, & dizzy. I end up having to stay in bed most all of the morning.
I am in the process of giving up my morning green tea, as that vasodilator effect is killing me.

Thinking of you, Jude, as you all plan for your SIL’s burial.

I have a ladies luncheon today that I am attending for the neighborhood, at Olive Garden.

                            Good morning all!

Rava, so sorry about your friends passing. Just another reminder to live each day as though it were your last.

Tomorrow Mr. J and I are going to a local farmers market to pick up some more plants for the garden and maybe some flowers as well. I love going to the farmers market and talking with the vendors and tasting free samples of food. There are also a couple of wineries that give out free samples, and a few years ago I was their biggest customer.

Cowboy, hopefully you can finish up the harvesting without any problems so that you can be back home with Bubba.

                            Waves to everyone!

                            24 more please...

Hope y'all had a good day yesterday, I had another day at home which is always nice! Enjoy the farmers market today Jude, Bubba likes to stop in at the one here in Vegreville for some of the Ukrainian baking that they usually have on offer.

I think we'll probably get back to seeding sometime today once it dries a bit more and the forecast is looking like good weather for the next week or so. Time to get back into seeding mode lol.
