              Yup. There's no way I could ever call myself a Buddhist but geez, I totally embrace the principles. Currently the concept of 'Impermanence' is making much sense.

              I'm feeling a bit flat, it's not SOL but more of a 'melancholy' thing. My friendly chemist suggested taking St.John's Wort but cheeezes, I wish the stuff would kick in.

              What, oh what am I going to watch now the Big Buggers have finished?

                          hi undies. im in Prescott az in Prescott national forest hiking groom creek trail. just taking break. my mobile is in/out srvc and will lose it soon as we move deeper. we smelled fire whivh scared the hell outta us. I know the diff btw campfire n forest fire. we'll see no alarm yet but would need escape route if dog forbid passed ranger tation approx. 3k back. lovely picl later I hope...love you t.

                            Howdy pardners!

                            Happy day....up and at it.

                            Today FH goes back to work. I've cooked the morning meal, packed the midday meal, added snacks and a touch of kindness. Almost there in terms of this recovery adventure being o.v.e.r.

                            Techie there is a young woman in Oz who was participating in a running event and got caught in a major fire. I saw her and her partner at the shops last week. She still wears a complete pressure suit and obviously her life is now v.different. It is just gobsmacking that this fire wasn't treated with the absolute respect it should have been by the organizers of the event. Imagine the horror... Take care out there.

                            I wonder if we'll have any poppers here today. I hope so, it's fun having people over.

                                I remember that running event very well Nice One.
