Asp, I was doing our budgets - for home - the other day and worrying about how much my yoga course cost for the year and having a bit of a palpitation...then I thought, shit it was twice as much when I was drinking and I was a mess.

Yoga was good too Nicey, lots of restorative today, which suits the weather as its grey and bucketing down...
