    Pets are so good for our psyche. However, I watch the 55+ crowd trying to handle young dogs and I'm convinced getting a cat was a better choice for us! Still a long commitment but so much easier.

        Ginger, what a great pic, it made me laugh as well! My dogs are all in their teenage years, and when they pass I don't think that we'll be getting another one. Mr. J will not put them in a Kennel, so it makes it impossible to go away.

                  I'm just back from volunteering. It's just the perfect job for me and I am glad to have found it.
